Sambucus nigra ‘Black Lace’
Common Name: Elderberry Family: Adoxaceae (The Viburnum family)

Destined to be one of the hot plants of 2007, ‘Black Lace’ has superlative, finely dissected burgundy-black foliage offering both stunning texture and striking folial colour. Clusters of pink flowers are borne in early summer -- a sight to behold against the foliage! The flowers are followed by blackish-red berries.
