This beautiful grass has golden foliage held in a slightly ruffled manner. The golden, arching flower stems are magnificent when they catch the morning or evening light. When you see it it's hard to believe that a plant can glow that brightly!

Damp shady woods, especially oak and beech, on heavy humus rich lime soils.
