This is the spectacular, very rare, fully double form of the eastern North American snow trillium which resembles a delicate white rose or camellia sitting on top of the tripartite foliage. Stunning! Flowers open pure white gradually fading to pale pink. Double flowered forms of trilliums, since they don't have any reproductive structures and thus don't get pollinated, often bloom for a longer period than regular trilliums. Large, blooming size rhizomes.
