Kirengeshoma palmata
Common Name: Yellow Waxbells Family: Hydrangaceae (The Hydrangea Family)

Kirengeshoma palmata
Zoom In Photo:

A tall stately herbaceous plant from the Hydrangea family for the shade garden with wonderful serrated maple-like leaves and elegant creamy yellow bell flowers in summer and fall. A must for the woodland and shade gardens especially since it offers a tall vertical element that is less available from other shade denizens. Looks great with ferns, cobralilies and hydrangeas.
