Notes:
A brilliantly variegated edible sage! 'Silver Saber' has a cleaner variegation and a better habit than the old variegated type 'Tricolor'. Luscious pink tones in cooler weather. These low mounds are at home in containers, the vegetable garden or in mixed borders. Easy to grow with good drainage. A culinary coup! Compared to 'Tricolor', 'Silver Sabre' has leaves with broader, more even white margins. It also has better branching and a lower flatter habit.

Europe and Western Russia
Native Habitat:
Dry banks and stony places, usually in limestone areas and often where there is very little soil.
