Echinacea 'Chiquita' has a naturally short habit, a high crown count, very large flowers for a dwarf and a lovely, soft yellow colour. As a container plant, 'Chiquita' is a star performer and in the garden nothing could light up the front of the border like this fragrant, easy to grow cultivar. A member of the Prairie Pixies Series. Echinacea in coastal BC should be planted in hot, dry, sunny spots with thin, average to poor soils for best overwintering.
Dry open woods, prairies and barrens.
