It is a large slow-growing Echeveria forming a flat rosette with a 'rosebud' shape. The leaves are spoon shaped with a fine point, and silvery-grey almost white colour, pearlescent with a particularly blue hue. They may take a delicate blush of lilac or purple in full sun. The pale pink to pale orange or coral red blooms are very showy, and emerge on reddish, arching, relative short stems.
