The small oval leaves are mottled with cream and soft yellow making a very nice contrast with the pink stems. The leaves may have pink tones in the upper surface and the edges when young. It is easy to grow and is a fast grower creating a great groundcover. Also great spilling out of containers.

Coastal, lowland and lower montane forests, growing mostly on the borders and gaps.
