Hello People Who Like to Eat Their Gardens!

In this first Edible Alert of the 2013 season we bring you perennial edibles that you can begin planting in early spring. There are lots of perennial herbs and other edibles that you can plant months before we get into the annual crops like basil, lettuce and tomatoes. These perennial edibles will be with you for years and provide four seasons of harvest and culinary enhancements in your kitchen. They include edible violas, thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, chives, garlics, onions, tea, goji berries, hardy citrus, horseradish, mints and much more!

Below you'll find a video tour of all the perennial edible possibilities for early spring that we have available right now at the nursery. The sooner you get your edible garden growing, the sooner you'll be eating it!

If the video doesn't appear in this window you can view it here.

Cheers, Gary and the Phoenicians
